Castril town is built on the top of a ridge which ensures that practically no street is level, giving it a special charm. As well as bars and restaurants, there is the 'Peña' (see museums) to visit and the famous 'Pasarela' which follows the river through a vertically sided gorge and on to an old watermill that is now a restaurant.
